OCR EVENTS / MUD RUNS
With the right training and with enough confidence and belief you can take on nearly any Obstacle Course that is set out in front of you. I will develop the perfect plan accordingly to the type and style of challenge ahead of you.
I will be focusing in improving lung capacity, core strength and mobility. Building strength and stability across hips and shoulders, develop explosive movements such as jumping and leaping with the right balance of agility and power.
We will be working on the mental toughness through the training adding special challenges mimicking the race elements, so you arrive to your race knowing that your body can hold and tackle any obstacle ahead.
