RUNNING TRAINING PLANS 

We will work in improving mobility and strengthening which may be causing pain and reduce injuries. Develop power, reduce ground reaction time and improve performance. Increase overall body conditioning and oxygen threshold.

 I will be making sure you get the perfect balance between training, intensity and recovery. Getting you ready, injury free and rested to your race. 

BEGINNERS PLAN 

Couch to 5 KM & 10 KM  

This plan is perfect for you if you want to start running or you’re new to it completely. This plan will take you from your first steps to running continuously by the end of the 6 week period. During this time you will develop your conditioning. By the end of this plan, you will be in a position to progress your running to the next step and continue your journey.

HALF MARATHON

Personalised 4 or 6 week Half Marathon training plan so you are ready on race day to crush your goal. This plan will take you from where you are now, to race-ready.  Whether you’re looking to run a new personal best time or complete the distance for the first time .Your personal plan will be ready for you to begin at your current level of running fitness and built to suit your lifestyle, access to facilities and other considerations you need as a runner.

ULTRA DISTANCES

Ultra Marathon training 9 / 12 week plan. This plan will take you from where you are now, to race ready for anything from 50km to Multi-Stage Endurance events. Whether you’re looking to run a new personal best time or complete the distance for the first time. Your personal plan will be ready for you to begin at your current level of running fitness and built to suit your lifestyle, access to facilities and other considerations you need as a runner. If you’re a seasoned ultra runner, an average of two blocks completing 20-weeks is advisable to take you to your goal.  If you’re a little less experienced and you need a bigger build-up a 24-week training is advisable will be perfect for you. I can advise better after consultation.

ROAD TO TRAIL 


From ROAD to TRAIL programs, learn the right way to take the trail, as a different sport your body will need to learn how to react at uneven terrain. Take your time to make the adjustment with the right proprioceptive training.

OCR EVENTS / MUD RUNS

With the right training and with enough confidence and belief you can take on nearly any Obstacle Course that is set out in front of you. I will develop the perfect plan accordingly to the type and style of challenge ahead of you. 

I will be focusing in improving lung capacity, core strength and mobility. Building strength and stability across hips and shoulders, develop explosive movements such as jumping and leaping with the right balance of agility and power.

We will be working on the mental toughness through the training adding special challenges mimicking the race elements, so you arrive to your race knowing that your body can hold and tackle any obstacle ahead.
