You will be getting the benefit of a One to One sessions, complemented by personalised To-Go sessions to follow during the rest of week on your own time, pace and schedule.

  • Full personal consultation 

  • Choose from 2 or 3 One to One Personal Session Package at our partner Gym Strong Like a Mutha, having full access to the amenities on the day of your training. 

  • During the One to One Gym session learn proper lifting technique, we will be working on strength training to build stronger muscles, joints and avoid injuries. 

  • Personalised To-Go quick metabolic sessions for you to do the rest of the week, on your own time and schedule at home or at the gym. Boost your metabolic system through fast cardio sessions. 

  • Personalised program, tailored to your fitness level, schedule and goals, designed to achieve your personal objectives, improve body composition and fitness levels. 

  • Nutritional workshop, calculate the right amount of calories and macros to reach your goals.

  • Nutritional Plan Add £30 with 3 menus & full consultation with our Specialist Sports Nutritionist.
